Q: When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. As a small business we make the best effort to process orders as quick and efficient as possible.
Keep in mind, shipping carrier are taking longer than usual to deliver orders as a instant impact of Covid-19. Please send us an email if you have any question about your order status.
Q: I did not receive my order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not longer responsable for the handling of your order, if your order is lost or was never deliver please contact USPS to get more information about the status of your order.
Q: My product is damage
We are more than happy to assist you if your order was not handle properly during delivery. Contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will provide you with a Return Label.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our sales are final sales which leads to our No-Refund policy.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should email us first to email@example.com and we will guide you from there.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
