Browaholic Cosmetics – Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly (and beautifully) as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your brow goodies.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

As a small business, we always do our best to process orders quickly and efficiently.
Delivery Times
- Delivery speed depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location.
- Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order leaves our facility, you can track it using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Missing Packages
- Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, Browaholic Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS (or the carrier listed) directly to investigate.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Email bwhcosmetics@browaholicstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return label or replacement instructions.
International Shipping:

Most international orders arrive within 5–14 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by your country’s customs office.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays:

Customs inspections or carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, any delays are outside our control — but we’re happy to help guide you in contacting DHL or UPS if needed.
