RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Browaholic Cosmetics, every product is made and packed with love — and inspected to meet our high standards before it reaches your beauty station. Because of the nature of our products, **all sales are final**.
1. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final.
2. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item only if it arrives defective or damaged. To be eligible:
* The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
* It must be in its original packaging.
If you believe your item qualifies, email us at bwhcosmetics@browaholicstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Photos/videos of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect
We will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
Once your exchange is approved:
* You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
4. Important Notes
* We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
* Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval) will not be accepted or processed.
